The Moringa program is Global Passion Mission's most important project. The Moringa (or Benzolive tree, as
it is known in Haiti) is the world's most abundant source of nutrients found on our planet. Gram for gram, Moringa
leaves contain: SEVEN times the vitamin C in oranges, FOUR times the Calcium in milk, FOUR times the vitamin A in carrots,
TWO times the protein in milk and THREE times the Potassium in bananas. Global Passion Mission is in the progress of
securing land in Haiti to grow Moringa on a large scale.

In Haiti, the food is so expensive, that the poor resort to eating "mud pies." In this picture, we see mud
pies being made on the floor of a courtyard in La Saline. Our business? To put the "mud pie" business
out of business! We are educating the people about the benefits of using Moringa in their diet, while helping with feeding
programs which introduce Moringa as a powder in foods with carbohydrates like spaghetti. No human being should have
to eat mud. Starving children have been known to double their birth weight in two weeks, and mothers have doubled their
ability to produce milk using Moringa in their diet.
In addition, to Moringa, Global Passion Mission also donates
clothing, since some of the children in La Saline do not even have clothes to wear! We also plan programs which
teach sewing, make soap, establish a bakery and create products from neem leaves for use on skin ailments!
